In the fast-moving enterprise telco industry, Telia Erhverv and Kunde & Co set out to strengthen Telia’s B2B brand position in Denmark. My starting point was working with the key insight that businesses, whether large or small, want seamless, uncomplicated solutions. This led to the creation of the brand platform and promise— “Nemmere med Telia Erhverv” (“Easier with Telia Business”).
We needed to unfold the brand platform and create a large-scale omnichannel campaign that emphasized how Telia Erhverv simplifies workflows with flexible, innovative solutions. From concept to execution, we focused on real business challenges, ensuring the creative direction reflected Telia’s deep understanding of its customers. The brand platform also had to work for product rollouts and was used for the launch of “Teams Phone Mobile”.
Beyond campaigns, we embedded the brand promise into Telia Erhverv’s entire portfolio, ensuring consistency across the website, sales materials, and customer interactions. This collaboration ensured that every visual and verbal expression of Telia Erhverv delivered on its promise—making business easier for everyone.
