With Telia’s strong lineup of streaming services, our challenge was to craft a compelling campaign that highlighted flexibility and freedom—allowing customers to choose their own services instead of being locked into fixed packages.

To break away from the typical industry approach of showing devices playing content, we flipped the perspective. Instead of another screen with a movie, we focused on the people watching—capturing their genuine reactions and emotions. This human-centric approach positioned Telia’s offer as more than just convenience; it was about delivering real entertainment value.

The campaign was built on two tracks: a brand track and a product track, targeting families through a mix of on- and offline media, including national TV. The creative execution stood out in a crowded market, reinforcing Telia’s unique value proposition of flexibility and choice.

As the most effective campaign for Telia’s streaming services, it significantly increased awareness and interest, cementing Telia’s position in the Danish market.
